The Mongolian Government’s “E-Mongolia” initiative earns the “Digital Government Transformation” award at the World Government Summit held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on February 12-14, 2024.
This esteemed award recognizes successful and impactful implementations of e-Government initiatives based on new technologies and innovation.
This integrated platform streamlines government service delivery, offering over 28 million services across 181 institutions. With 2 million users representing two-thirds of the population utilizing the platform, E-Mongolia demonstrably increased accessibility and convenience for citizens. Additionally, the reliance on digital services has generated significant cost savings, amounting to $27 million in indirect costs.
