Turkish school children visit the Embassy of Mongolia in Ankara
On the occasion of the International Children’s Day, celebrated on June 1st as “Mother and Children’s Day” public holiday in Mongolia, the Embassy of Mongolia in Ankara welcomed Turkish school children.
More than 50 primary school students visited the Embassy and learnt about the Mongolian history, tradition, and culture while enjoying a live performance of the famous Mongolian traditional musical instrument Morin Khuur– the horse head fiddle, and visiting inside a Mongolian ger – the traditional felt yurt.
