Organized by the Association for the Development of Mongolian Women in Europe, the 2023 annual business forum of the association was held in Istanbul, Türkiye on May 27, 2023. This time around, the business forum was held under the topic of “Women in Sustainable Tourism” in connection to the announcement of the “Welcome to Mongolia” years by the Government of Mongolia.

Representatives from the Mongolian Government, Municipality of Ulaanbaatar, Embassy of Mongolia in Ankara, Consulate-General of Mongolia in Istanbul as well as women entrepreneurs and companies in tourism sector in Europe, Türkiye, and Mongolia participated in the forum as speakers.

Following the business forum, “Women of the Year” award ceremony took place in order to recognize and celebrate the leading Mongolian women in Europe in various sectors.
