OFFICIAL VISIT OF THE FOREIGN MINISTER OF MONGOLIA TO TURKIYE
H.E. Batmunkh Battsetseg, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia is paying an official visit to the Republic of Türkiye upon the invitation of Foreign Minister H.E. Mevlut Cavusoglu on March 13-14, 2023.
It is a return visit to Foreign Minister H.E. Mevlut Cavusoglu’s visit to Mongolia in 2015 and the first Foreign Minister level visit from Mongolia to Türkiye in 31 years.
The purpose of the visit is to maintain the frequency of the high-level political dialogue, strengthen mutual understanding and foster cooperation in various fields such as trade, economy and others. Moreover, it is to demonstrate the solidarity with the people of Türkiye and express condolences following the earthquake hit the southern part of the country.
