H.E. R.Bold, Ambassador of Mongolia called on Mr. Mehmet Sekmen, Mayor of Erzurum. They have exchanged views on bilateral cooperations and possible ways to develop cooperation in agricultural and mining sectors. Ambassador R.Bold visited Ata Turk University and met Rector Dr. Ömer Çomaklı. While giving introductory information about the university, Dr. Çomaklı expressed his readiness to cooperate with Mongolian universities and research centers and urged to bring more students from Mongolia. On the other hand, the Ambassador suggested to establish dırect contact between Ata Turk Univeristy and the National University of Agriculture of Mongolia.

Ambassador R.Bold visited Yakutiye Museum that was ınıtıally built in 1310 as a Madrasa ın memory of queen Bulgan of Kıng Gazan by order of a local governor of the Ilkhanids, Hoca Yakut. Furthermore, he visited lıvestock exchange complex near Erzurum that ıs stıll under construction /constructıon ıs planned to be completed ın November/ and “Et ve süt kurumu” meat factory.
