LAID A WREATH TO THE STATUE OF CHINGGIS KHAAN
On the occasion of the 856th birth anniversary of Great Chinggis Khaan which is marked as the National Pride Day in Mongolia, Embassy of Mongolia in Ankara organized wreath-laying ceremony at the statue of Chinggis Khaan located in Çankaya district of Ankara. Ambassador of Mongolia H.E. Mr. Bold Ravdan and officials from Çankaya district as well as Mongolian cadets of Turkish Military and Police Academies attended the ceremony. This ceremony takes place annually in Chinggis Khaan Park that was established in Çankaya district on the occasion of 800th anniversary of Great Mongol Empire back in 2006.
