THE 2ND TURKIC-MONGOLIAN HISTORY WORKSHOP WAS HELD IN ISTANBUL
The 2nd Turkic-Mongolian History workshop themed “Problems on Turkic-Mongolian Historiography” was successfully co-organized by the Istanbul University of Turkey and the National University of Mongolia in Istanbul on 16-17 April 2018. The opening remarks of the workshop were delivered by Ambassador of Mongolia H.E. Dr. Bold Ravdan, Rector of the Istanbul University Prof. Dr. Sedat Murat, and Director of the National Council of Mongol Studies Prof. Dr. Zayabaatar Dalai, respectively.
On the sidelines of the workshop, Istanbul University of Turkey and National University of Mongolia signed a cooperation protocol. The first round of this workshop was held in the National University of Mongolia, last year in Ulaanbaatar.
