VISIT TO THE TURKISH HISTORICAL SOCIETY
Ambassador of Mongolia H.E. Mr. Bold Ravdan met with Prof. Dr. Refik Turan, Chairman of Turkish Historical Society (Türkiye Tarih Kurumu) and discussed some cooperation issues. Turkish Historical Society was established in 1931 by the Founder of Turkey Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, and conducts research works mainly on Turkish history and people of Turkey. Dr. Refik Turan informed the Ambassador about the activities of his organization and presented books on the history of Mongolia published by his society. Ambassador highlighted the importance of establishing a direct cooperation between Turkish Historical Society and Institute of History and Archealogy of the Academy of Sciences of Mongolia.
